龜頭出現兩點小紅點

今日剛與性工作者發生了無套口交 有套性交 ，,印像中口交過程有兩3下很大力, 3小時回家後發現龜頭前端出現了兩點小紅點 是平滑的 究竟是否那麼快出現性病或龜頭炎病徴？還是太大力弄損所致?
