陰莖炎？？

病患者男 - 25歲

你好，
最近陰莖突然又紅又腫了一點，有時仲有D癢，不知道是否陰莖炎？
最近就沒有性交的，會不會有可以是因為沖涼的沐浴露改變了引致？
如要睇醫生，我應該睇那一種醫生，皮膚科還是其他？有什麼醫生好推薦？
