Renin 偏低但醛固酮超標

請問如果renin 係within normal range, 但很低，只得0.5..但醛固酮則比normal range 高了一點。。。另外，伴隨有突然驚慌感覺，亦有腳軟，突然很急小便等
其實，亦已証實有腎上腺瘤。。。
以上病徵有關連嗎？？
