暗瘡問題

自從讀大學之後壓力太大, 睡眠質素又差, 面上長了很多暗瘡
一開始只有黑頭和暗粒, 擠出來後越長越多, 後來長到一臉都是暗瘡
我試過去美容院針清, 針完暗瘡沒有變少, 反而多了暗瘡印
為了遮蓋暗瘡和印, 我每天都要化妝才敢出門, 導致惡性循環, 暗瘡不停增多
如果不看醫生, 有辦法令暗瘡自然好嗎?
醫生會給甚麼藥去治暗瘡? 藥物副作用大嗎?
