良性乳房腫瘤洗唔洗做手術

病患者女 - 33歲

上個月穿衣服時摸到乳房有硬塊, 去醫院檢查, 照左乳房超聲波, 發現硬塊大到3.5cm, 雖然是良性腫瘤, 但是醫生說可以用手術切除。

報告上寫腫瘤是BIRADS 3, 屬於良性，但要定期檢查。到底我應不應該做手術? 手術會令乳房左右不平均影響外觀嗎? 我和老公打算今年生BB, 應該生BB前做手術定生左先做?
