前列腺炎

病患者男 - 24歲

本人患上前列腺炎後，出現奇怪症狀。
性慾大減，龜頭下方淤黑，。
勃起後龜頭較小，當我勃起時，龜頭急速漲大，龜頭會不適。我記得以前勃起時提肛只會變更硬。
是否血管有阻塞？
