骨科手術

病患者男 - 約60歲

家人在去年從高空跌下，之後發現有ACJ dislocation及韌帶撕裂的情況。期後在十一月底做手術放置了金屬片及螺絲固定，讓受傷的位置可以生長，癒合。

由於金屬片對他的活動有影響，家人打算做第二次手術取出。請問醫生，手術的時間需要多久，危險的嗎？有甚麼地方我們要注意?
