龜頭連接陰莖的筋部撕裂

這問題有一年了，那筋位在做愛是感到撕裂的焯熱感覺，完事後檢查筋位，發現有撕裂的狀況（但沒有流血）女朋友幫我口交時舌頭碰到筋位時，亦會感到非常痛楚。自己試過搽凡士林，傷口痊愈了，但時不時做愛亦會再出現這撕裂的狀況
