尿頻，柯尿柯唔清

你好
之前驗身得了Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU) and Gardnerella Vaginalis(GV) 之後再驗精驗出了streptococcus agalactiae，也把抗生素全部吃完。
然而最近再次驗身全部菌也是neg, 但尿頻，柯尿柯唔清，春袋也還有一些陰痛。請問我應該等炎症自我痊癒，還是應該再找醫生作檢驗。
