陰莖尿道口側皮膚問題

醫生你好
我陰莖尿道口(不是包皮系帶那邊) 有一些膚色的皮肉像U型環繞著尿道口附近
不痛不痕 已有好幾個月時間
而在勃起後變得很不明顯
想問這是正常還是有什麼病？
