有強迫症該如何處理

你好醫生，我想請問有強迫症該如何處理我會不停重複一些動作會不停重複數一些字以前我工作時候怕給別人知道不會重複做一些動作但現在我上班都會這樣做感覺越嚟越嚴重我有強迫症已經十幾年我明知不停重複一些事好無所謂但係唔做好似會坐立不安咁我該如何處理睇心理醫生好似好貴我想問做治癒大約幾錢
