關節鏡手術後

病患者男 - 25歲

做完關節鏡手術（韌帶修補）三個月
晚上或平坦休息是還會感痛 但日間活動沒有痛
晚上有一陣陣刺痛 有時候有一下被電的感覺
晚上在床上屈曲特別痛 難以活動
請問是甚麼原因？
