暗瘡問題

病患者男 - 22歲

從中二起一直不斷長出暗瘡，又紅又腫，且暗瘡印不退，面上油脂分泌極多。
2016年起，曾服用三次為期六個月的A酸療程，服用期間，完全沒有暗瘡及過量的油脂分泌，但每當停業後大約半年，暗瘡問題復發。
現年22歲，仍頻密長出暗瘡，請問到底是甚麼問題及最佳療法是甚麼?
