膝關節問題

病患者男 - 26歲

打籃球後一屈間中啪啪聲，但沒痛

想問醫生，我朋友打開籃球，可能落地不好，之前有次打完就右腳膝蓋頭痛左一陣，第日就沒事，但而家一個月多，間中右腳膝蓋一屈間中有啪啪聲，完全屈到，但完全沒痛。

想問係咪正常? 因有書講係膝中氣泡，會不會引致退化關節炎？
