呢兩種胃藥有效？

我胃氣問間唔中就出現
咁早一兩星期係無乜事，但近呢一星期由突然間感覺腹部好容易脹既感覺。

咁有咯氣好多，唔係好排到便，但多屁放
早排我因爲咁就睇左醫生
咁醫生開左兩隻藥比我
1. Dimethylpolysiloxane 40mg
2. Pantoloc 40mg

咁醫生建議我去check 幽門螺旋桿菌
請問d 藥同check 菌有幫助？
