包皮內側生粒粒

病患者男 - 30歲

包皮內側有d肉色既粒粒，其實生左好多年，但唔痛唔痕無理佢。上網睇過唔知算唔算珍珠疹。
但始終覺得唔好睇，想問下可以睇醫生食藥搽藥膏清除嗎？使唔使手術？(另外唔想做割包皮手術住)
