割包皮

病患者男 - 31歲

包皮有過長，但完全可翻開，性生活一切正常，一向沒有發炎，懂得清潔。雖然係冇問題，但都想割一點，因為不想太長。但醫生話一係就完全割晒，一係就唔好割。點解唔可以只割一點點？
