請問一下我而家已經食左Efexor 75mg 21日了，而家仲係有時有頭暈，不真實感和嘔心，請問一下醫生呢d情況係藥物副作用嗎，要食幾耐先會無哂呢d副作用呢。還是服食的藥物不適合我需要換藥治療呢？希望醫生能夠解答，謝謝
