高血壓

病患者女 - 45歲

我有高血壓16年了，一直有覆診，為什麼每次在政府診所度血壓總是很高?140~147/85~95，在家度就不高?116~131/69~77，現在食metoprolol每日2次，每次一粒，需要加藥嗎？另試過度左右手都不一樣?左手:131/69，右手118/69，請問哪個才準?我是一個比較焦慮的人，會影響血壓嗎？謝謝解答
