痔瘡水解手術

黃醫生你好
我去見其他醫生,醫生說我有2期至3期內外痔,給了藥膏
有數個問題想問
1:我只會排便後才有東西突出,有機會是外痔嗎?
2:請問可不可以做水解手術?
3:如果有2至3粒,也可以一次手術就完成?
4:需要轉介信嗎?
