膝蓋邊每當坐起身便感到很刺痛

醫生你好，

我曾在2011年做了右邊的椎間盤突出，已經好了但在前年跌到右腿當時很痛但沒有入急症室求診。現右腿由大脾腿至膝蓋邊每當坐起身便感到很刺痛，令我行路都不便，要拐下拐下。現應怎樣冶療？
