右膝关节前十字韧带重建手术

病患者女 - 45歲

上周打羽毛球右膝受伤，经核磁共振检查发现前十字韧带陈旧性断裂，半月板受损。我已45岁，但运动活跃，平时仅偶尔发生关节锁定或无力的状况。想请问医生，是否建议做重建手术呢？
