頭暈

病患者女 - 50歲

突然會有暈一暈的感覺,
暈的時候感覺好像快要眼前一黑, 又好像要跌倒了. 但當時我是坐著的, 感覺持續1-2秒就消失, 請問是什麼原因呢?
會不會是腦中風先兆呢?
