應如何跟進
病患者男 - 65歲
本人哥哥今年4月去做年檢照X光，報告出了照出有問題，化驗所建議他看醫生跟進。
X光報告內容如下：
CHest X-RAY (PA)
FINDINGS:
Tramtrack opacities are noted in bilateral lower zones,which may represent bronchiectasis. Suggest correlation with CT thorax.
No focal lung mass or consolidation is noted.
No pneumothorax is evident.
Costophrenic angles are sharp.
No hilar enlargement.
No widened mediastinum.
Trachea is central.
Heart size is within normal limit.
No rib fracture is evident.
COmment:

我有兩個疑問：
（1）應該先去做咗掃描才搵醫生跟進，還是先搵醫生跟進。
（2）需要搵哪一科醫生跟進？
