MRI c spine report 解讀
以下報告嚴重嗎?可以點做?
MRI Findings:
Osseous alignment is normal
Mild desiccation of the cervical intervertebral discs are observed at multiple levels.
Focal Annular fissure is also noted at the posterior aspect of C5/6 intervertebral disc.
Mild posterocentral C5/6 disc protrusion is evident causing narrowing ofthe thecal sac, which is further aggravated by the hypertrophied ligamentum flavum posteriorly. AP dimension of the thecal sac reduces to 8.4mm. No complicated cord compression is found though. Bilateral lateral recesses and neural foramina are not significantly narrowed.
Focal hypertrophied ligamentum flavum is also noted at C6 level causing narrowing of the posterior thecal sac but with no significant spinal stenosis nor complicated cord compression identified.
No other focal disc herniation or protrusion is identified .
Spinal cord shows normal signal intensity.
Marrow signal is normal.
Opinion:
Cervical spondylosis with mild to moderate focal thecal sac narrowing at C5/6 Level due to posterior discal protrusion and hypertrophied ligamentum flavum. No complicated cord compression is identified.
Normal spinal cord.

如果頸椎神經有受壓 現象,最好盡快或你的骨科醫生做一個 詳細的評估。 如果神經線有受損跡象,就可能要用手術 方法去為神經線減壓。
