眼睛-治療乾眼症
病患者女 - 48歲
本人有眼乾以很久了,大約有10-15年, 因早年有一此眼乾,欣而早晚以經須要用保眼乾眼藥水, 因近期發覺左眼完全沒有眼水,在喊的時侯,原全只有右眼出眼淚水, 請問什樣解教???
(因18年前,有鼻咽癌而做了放射治療, 一直以為是一此後唯證引起)

Dear Miss Au Yiu Chu,
Your dry eye condition may be related to the radiotherapy treatment of the cancer. If that is the case, very likely you need to use external replacement of your tears by frequently application of the artificail tears. Try to use every 2-hourly, suggest to use non-preservative eye drops. Some other methods amy help, but need to assess your eye condition before prescribing.
