前列腺炎？
病患者男 - 21歲
尿頻，尿流弱，尿不盡已有三個月
第一次semen culture 有 moderate growth of streptococcus feceils
Urine : Blood : positive
While blood cell : 17
Red blood cell : 8
第二次 semen culture 冩 scanty growth of e.coil
Blood: Nil
White blood cell :4
請問為何弟一次，檢測不到 e.coil ? 是否化驗員，塗片抹錯？還是細箘異變？
是否所有病箘消除，炎症就會消失？還會變無箘性？

The interval between sampling and the treatment given will affect bacterial growth in number and type besides the presence or absence of white blood cells and red blood cells. Though E.coli is common in prostate infection, it is by no means exclusive. Though human error is unlikely, it can never be excluded.
