在觀察陰囊時發現左邊明顯更大 在側面望更明顯
睪丸尾部有結節/腫塊
但沒有感到痛或任何不適
請問這需要檢查或做手術改善嗎?

Dilated veins of the spermatic cord is one of causes of enlarged and asymmetrical scrotum. Induration and irregularity of the scrotal contents may indicate bygone infection or neoplasia. Clinical examination and further investigation are necessary to clinch the diagnosis before deciding on the proper management.
