三年來尿痛、尿頻，有時尿失禁
專家好！我的72歲的老母，三年來尿痛、尿頻，有時尿失禁。最近常常發作，一直在服用抗生素，沒有什麽效果。因此打擾專家們指點迷津，應該服用那種藥物可以較好解決問題？麻煩幫助我們。謝謝！ 施先生敬發

Persistent and recurrent lower urinary tract symptoms despite repeated antibiotics prescribed for a presumptive diagnosis of urinary tract infection in the elderly is a strong indication for more comprehensive evaluation aimed at detecting underlying pathology besides infection. It is wise to consult the relevant specialist as soon as possible before the condition gets out of hand and becomes irreversible.
