6.9度初期蛋白尿
本人46歲今日3個冃血紅素空肚驗血報告6.9度驗尿報告醫生話有初期蛋白尿.但無需食蛋白尿藥醫生話暫時常試食物控制和減磅.但我都非常担心有咩可以預防蛋白尿呢?現時155磅5尺1吋想問醫生現在我每日食3次糖尿藥餐前1粒藥名 metforrmin hcl yablet 500mg.這藥好唔好我需唔需要食禁多呢?請盡快回覆多謝.

Chuenpopo is grossly overweight and the medicine is barely enough to keep the fasting PG within the ideal range. Protein in urine is evidence of kidney damage by hyperglycemia due to diabetes mellitus. The best way to prevent further damage to the kidneys is to keep the fasting PG within the ideal range by strict diet control, weight reduction to a BMI of less than 23 and complete compliance to the medication prescribed by the attending physician.
