腰椎間盤突出
已做咗大約3個月物理治療，都係冇咩改善，條腰仲痛，好似針吉咁，要去醫院見醫生嗎？

what did the physical therapist did for you? how many millimeter (mm) does the disc buldge out?beside needle-like pain of low back, is there any numbness or pain over the leg or foot? what's your spine condition? is there any degeneration or bone spur? your case should seek help from chiropractor if only a few mm of the disc being buldge out, but if more than half of the disc buldge out, then surgery may be considered
