尿道炎
本人試過小便時刺痛，看醫生發覺是尿道炎，該醫生問我有否男友，对方說此病同性交有関，是嗎？我媽卻話去公厠時先沖水一次就不會有，因之前不知什麼人用過，哪個才对？

It is likely related to sexual activity , lack of fluid intake, constipation and and withholding and not passing urine frequent enough.
