Vestibular schwannoma
病患者男 - 69歲
3.5cm right sided vestibular schwannoma with mass effect on brain stem but NO hydrocephalus. 請問tumor in this size 可以做cyber knife radiation 嗎？有什麼風險? 或者醫生會建議做手術好一點？

Cyberknife with fractionation could be an option, but have to see the MRI first. Risks include swelling after treatment and hydrocephalus.
Alternative is surgery to reduce size of tumour, then cyberknife.
