Dear Rainky,
Seems like you have painful periods or dysmenorrhea. If the pain is bothersome enough, you should go see the gynaecologist for full history, examination, and pelvic scan. Dysmenorrhoea is a common gynaecological condition that is underdiagnosed and undertreated. Depending on the underlying condition, treatment can be given and you don’t have to suffer any more than one should.
