非典型腺細胞
醫生你好！我最近的柏氏抹片驗出有非典型腺細胞(AGC-NOS)，但沒有HPV或滴蟲等其他問題。家庭醫生說可能因發炎引起，只需6個月後覆檢，但婦科醫生則說要入院麻醉，同時做陰道鏡和宮腔鏡檢查，令我不知如何是好。請問我的AGC-NOS問題應如何跟進？

Hello Miss Chan,
I think you would need to have colposcopy to assess the cervix, and endometrial sampling or hysteroscopy with endometrial sampling to assess lining of the uterus. If you were to have colposcopy and endometrial sampling, these procedures can be done as outpatient in the clinic without need for anaesthesia. All these can be done in our clinic.
