HPV陽性
尊敬的醫生:很榮幸有香港朋友給介紹了貴機構，我是HPV陽性，宮頸癌術後放化療後2年患者。近期發現HPV再次陽性，想獲得您的幫助，我該做什麼檢查？是否適合馬上做HPV分型檢測？如果TCT.scc均正常，那我又該如何做？是否可以注射疫苗？

Hello王小姐
Your case is one of cervical cancer post operation and chemoradiotherapy. You would need close monitoring and examination by gynaecological oncologist for signs /symptoms of recurrence. HPV genotyping may not be appropriate for you as it will not alter your management, and HPV vaccines may theoretically still confer some benefits but there is no strong evidence for that.
