餵母乳時可食用的避孕藥

醫生，你好！

1.生完BB後已七個月，但仲未來月經，請問通常幾耐才會再次來經？

2.有沒有避孕藥是餵母乳媽媽都可以食？能否介紹？

3. 我有灰甲問題，想同時處理，請問用外用藥物醫灰甲，同避孕藥會唔會有抵觸？

4. 避孕藥會不會引至脫髮？因十年前一直食開避孕藥，而一直有脫髮問題，而且都幾嚴重。直至四年前打算生BB, 所以停了服藥，停藥後脫髮問題好似改善了，所以想問兩者有沒有直接關係？

Hello欣欣,

1. There can be some delay in return of menses when you are lactating, especially exclusive breastfeeding
2. There are pills suitable for lactating mother, you would optimally need consultation, screening and contraceptive advice from a gynaecologist.
3. Some of the medications even when used locally on skin may have systemic absorption (absorbed into the body) and has potentially may interact with the oral contraceptives. Besides, some drugs may not be suitable for lactating mother
4. There are many possible causes for hair loss. If the condition is serious enough, you may consider seeing a doctor in the first instance
