Polycystic ovary Disease has several main health issues that need to be attended:
1) Health- higher risk of oestrogen dependent diseases e.g. uterine and breast cancer
2) Health- higher risk of diabetes mellitus, high blood pressure, and heart attack
3) hormonal changes- male problems e.g. hairs, acne, obesity
4) difficulty to produce egg and get pregnant
Therefore, you need to see a Reproductive Medicine sub-specialist
