Spondylotic changes with marginal lippings found in the cervical spines
Mild broad based disc bulge noted at c3/4 level with mild anterior thecal sac indentation. The right c3/4 intervertebral foremen is slightly narrowed by disc materials and marginal lippings.
Mild broad based disc bulge noted c5/6 level with mild anterior thecal sac indentation. Bilateral c5/6 intervertebral foramina are narrow by disc materials and marginal lippings, slightly more prominent on the left side.

從你提供的磁力共振報告顯示，讀者應該患上早期的頸椎退化骨質增生，俗稱生骨刺。需要留意會否有影響到手部神經缐跡象，意指痳脾及無力，如出現這些跡象，就有可能患上頸神經根病變( cervical radiculopathy)。建議尋求骨科專科醫生作診斷及治療。
