MRI 報告 re 頸椎病
病患者女 - 52歲
請問從以下的MRI報告，可引致的頸椎病病症有那些？例如眩暈、視物模糊等……
Finding:
Degenerative change of cervical spine with normal alignment and disc desiccative changes are shown. Disc height is preserved.
Mild C2/3, C4/5, C5/6 and C6/7 posterior disc protrusions are shown, indenting on thecal sac. No cord compression is detected.
No significant encroachment of intervertebal foramina is found.
Cervical sinal cord is normal in signal and morphology.
No osseous destruction or prevertebrall soft tissue swelling is seen.
Comment:
Mild cervical spondylosis without cord compression or significant encroachment of intervertebal foramina.

從閣下之MRI報告結果所得，相信只是屬於輕微的早期頸部退化，並無明顯的關節移位，甚或是壓著神經線的徵狀，所以，一般的處理方法是用保守治療，即是指用輕度藥物治療及物理治療，便可解決問題，但如讀者所述，有明顯的眩暈，看視物時出現模糊等症狀，便要小心。可能不是由頸部出現問題所引致，有機會是腦部或頸部血管出現問題而引致以上症狀。建議尋求相熟專科醫生協助及作出診斷。
