盆腔炎

病患者女 - 30歲

兩年前開始下腹痛，背部右邊都會痛，小便頻密，最近太痛去睇醫生，醫生診斷盆腔炎、陰道炎、膀胱炎同埋有念珠菌，前前後後食咗四星期抗生素但係情況冇好轉，請問仲有咩解決方法，曾經有試過行房完避孕套不見了，唔知道會唔會係呢個原因，請問婦科檢查或超聲波可唔可以睇到避孕套有冇遺留左喺裏面，希望得到回覆萬分感激，謝謝
