頭蓋粒狀凸出?

病患者男 - 2歲

右邊頭蓋位置有1粒狀凸出，不痕不痛的。有時會大d有時細。出現了數月明顯比初期大粒了。有小小實。看過健康院只是給我醫院轉介信。看過普通醫生又是給我轉介信,問要不要照x ray又不用。說應該不是頭骨，說可能是淋巴。
家人摸的時候說感覺到像血管的有跳動。
請問除了等到8月轉介見醫生的排期。
應該可以看什麼醫生，情況是什麼問題，有沒有危險性。
