尿道炎反覆復發

病患者女 - 75歲

本人媽媽75歲, 膀胱功能差, 不能自己控制大小便, 用成人紙尿片, 最近一年經常出入醫院, 特徵是突然間發燒, 入院檢查後一般都說尿道炎,尿道感染, 打抗生素, 一禮拜出院後大概一個多月又發燒, 又入院, 重複近一年都是如此, 請問除抗生素外, 有其它治療方法嗎?
