包皮問題

病患者男 - 30歲

本人在一年前包皮試過起念珠菌，之後做了很多次檢查都沒有性病，但之後就包皮會起紅了一達像紅點....再檢查就說我是濕疹....搽了類固醇就行快消失，但同一位置很容易又再起紅點，想請問我其實是否真的是濕疹？
