抓癢出來的瘀

病患者女 - 55歲

我媽說她沒有撞傷，只有抓癢大腿，但她連續2天有大面積、不規則的瘀血出現在大腿。有一塊是紅色的，其他是咖啡色的。請問這大約是什麼，嚴不嚴重是皮膚問題，血管問題還是什麼?
