血壓問題

病患者男 - 23歲

平常有運動，而血壓維持在上壓95-110，下壓50-60左右
昨天量時上壓高至168， 休息一 二分鐘再量為116
（及後運動了半小時再量，運動後即時血壓是124，休息五分鐘後上壓為95）

請問醫生這需要擔心嗎？謝解答
