心口痛後左肩背痛

病患者女 - 44歲

昨晚11點幾心口痛了幾吓，立時感到左肩及背痛，過了一陣少少頭暈…Bp正常。但成晚左肩背痛，痛到唔係好瞓到…但心口無乸，可繼續 jobs 嗎？
