請問係咩皮膚病？

病患者女 - 27歲

起初只有大約不夠1cm左右生在頸上，睇醫生搽藥膏都會好，只係間中翻發，持續都十多年。

不過近幾個月開始情況很嚴重，已經生到成條頸同髮邊都係，一路圍住成條頸，而家只係得番一隻手指位係正常。

會好痕，請問係咩皮膚病？有咩方法可以阻止再越生越多？而家只係搽emollient cream,第一次搽機乎全部好番，

第三日開始已經翻發。
