白點班塊

病患者男 - 30歲

醫生想問下,我手的前臂有白斑,手往下時白斑特別明顯,手往上舉高時,白斑卻又全部消失了,還有一開始是左手,現在連右手也有了,一開始在手的內側,會擴散到外側,一開始幾個點而以,現在是數不清,那到底是什麼病ㄚ,該怎麼治療。能幫幫我嗎
