會從毛巾感染性病嗎？

上星期我和朋友到按摩院豈料按摩院是不正經的
有提供手淫服務。
那裡提供浴衣我和朋友都都穿了但有穿自己的內褲
亦有提供洗澡及毛巾我們用了毛巾刷身及下體
不知毛巾有否消毒請問這樣
如果毛巾沒消毒如上一手用的人是有性病
我們會染上性病嗎？

另外我朋友接受了手淫服務而我沒有
我們會染上性病、如尖銳濕疣等嗎？
